 Breathing is the most essential feature of our life. If we are breathing we are alive for sure. The three segments of breathing act as follows. Inhalation gives strength and a controlled body; retention gives steadiness of mind, exhalation purifies body and spirit. So to say breath is our body and soul doctor. Practice breathing slowly and comfortably.
