We spend a lot of time and energy thinking about the pros and cons of a situation. If I do this, the result will be favourable. If I do that, the result may not be favourable and so on. While all this is going on there is something within us, which eliminates negativity and does a healing act.
Meditate to become aware of these healing powers of the heart. It is our heart, which sees what is invisible to our eye. Listen to your heart. keep Meditation
