TAKE A BREATH BREAK TO RELAX YOUR MIND


  Many of us must have noticed that working for long hours on a computer, laptop, tablets, or mobiles make our minds tired. Also, anxiety to meet deadlines may cause stress. Especially during this corona phase, small children are also exposed to long screentime, which makes them irritated. To relax, refresh, and recharge your mind take a breath break.
