Meditation helps us to open the Door to Happiness and Peace

 Are we aware that there is a lot of happiness, light, and peace around us? Maybe yes, Maybe not, Why this doubt, what is controlling our thoughts? What is dominating our day? When I try to think, what is my life? Its same routine, early morning dropping children to school,  rushing to office, morning walks. I hardly manage to finish the daily chores, with a little break for a coffee or tea. and its time to wind up today and get ready for the next day. There is no time to go out, no time to interact. some people even think, talking for so long was a waste of time. I could have done this or that.
 Is it possible to be happy and find peace in this chaos? Yes maybe, when we sit in a quiet place, observing our breath. 'Ana Pana sati' ( inhale, exhale and be one with breath) will open a door to the happiness and bliss, which had been waiting for us, just outside our closed door.
 Meditate and open the door to happiness and peace.
