When we are in a silent place, we feel silent. When we are in a loud place, we feel a different response within us. Early in the morning, everything is silent. The trees are silent, the waters are silent, the life has not yet begun, in this silence, it is easier to go into meditation. However, there is no time at which we cannot meditate. Whatever works for us is the right time for us.
