Be A Meditator- Meditate to surf the waves of thoughts

We all have noticed that during meditation waves of thoughts come one after another. It's normal. Of late I noticed that during meditation thoughts related to whatever happened recently, or whatever I read, or watched keep surfacing in my mind. Remote and unfamiliar thoughts too appear sometimes. Meditation gives us an opportunity to look at what our minds do when we are paying attention to them. and what the mind does is wander off. We don't have to be rigid and strict with our minds, just surf over the thoughts which appear. However, we need a surfing board of meditation to ride on waves of thoughts. Keep Meditating
