  Today's practice is today's contribution. Meditation can be compared to watering a new plant. Each day's meditation is a contribution towards wellbeing of body and mind. After having practiced meditation for sometime, we may start seeing the change like new leaves appearing in a plant. After certain time some trees, which have been groomed well, start bearing fruit.
