Be A Meditator- Awareness is being in the present moment

 


Most of us are aware that thoughts keep crossing our mind while we are meditating. We also say that thoughts come and go like  clouds. But the question is that when thoughts appear, are we still aware of our breathing process? Awareness of body is how conscious and connected are we to our body. Awareness of the body anchors us in the present moment.
