Be A Meditator- Early morning meditation


 It is said that the meditator is not much affected by his surroundings. This state is reached after doing sincere meditation for a long period. But when we are beginners small sounds like movement of vehicles, the sound of footsteps, barking of dogs, vendour calling distract us. All these sounds are minimal in the morning and late night. So it is advantageous to meditate in these quiet hours. There is an additional advantage of meditating in the morning our mind is quiet after a night-long sleep.                                                                                                       Keep Meditating
