Be A Meditator- When life becomes meditative


  Recently ( during covid-19) we saw that doctors, nurses, and health workers were under unrelenting pressure. They made it. Most of their patients also made it. This calamity sent a message, never to stop believing that we will somehow make it. Have a belief that things will work out. This is where meditation can play an important role. With regular meditation, life will become meditative. When life becomes meditative we remain undisturbed even in the midst of life's unrelenting pressure.                                                                                                    Keep Meditating
