Be A Meditator- Be the rainbow for someone

 



  How do you feel when someone smiles at you? It's a wonderful feeling like a rainbow between clouds. With a smile, we can also cheer someone up, when they are feeling low, or when the dark clouds of despair are hovering over them. To be the rainbow in someone's cloud means cultivating loving, kindness, and empathy as a daily practice. It also gives us a purpose outside of our own needs.
