Be A Meditator- Lets Watch Our Breath

 


 Have you tried watching your breath? When we observe our breath, we can see air coming out in a straight line (exhale) from our nose. or we may feel that air is being sucked in through our nostrils (inhale). The little boy says," When I watch my breath, I see it entering and leaving my nose just like my dad's car entering and leaving the garage". It's a tremendous feeling. It relaxes us, and we feel calm.                   Keep Meditating
