Colour Meditation


  Imagine mixing sad feelings in dark colours and all happy feelings with brighter colours.
 First, coat a canvass with dark colours and pretend to let go off sad feelings. then put several coats of bright joyful colours. Doing this will make you feel calmer and lighter. Do colour meditation.
