Accept everything as they are, And your Mind will be at Rest



In meditation, we practice accepting all the thoughts that arise as they are. If the thoughts are pleasant, we maintain equanimity, if they are unpleasant, then also we practice equanimity. Gradually our mind learns to calm down.

It does not mean that we don’t perceive life or don’t generate feelings, including negative feelings, but our mind after a lot of practice becomes less affected by the emotions.
