Be A Meditator- Meditation will help us t change ourselves


A silent thought by someone, "I wish people would listen to me. I always have their good in my heart. Most of the time whatever I say turns out to be correct. I wish I could do something about it". Let us think.
Have you seen a field in a drought-hit area? The field is cracked everywhere, with no plants or grass because there is water scarcity. But when water starts filling the field, green grass and small tiny plants slowly start growing everywhere. In the same way, we can fill ourselves with conditions suitable to us and also to others. Meditation can help us to change ourselves. When we change, the world will change on its own.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      keep meditating.
