Meditation will help us to change ourselves



 I wish people would listen to me. I always have their good in my heart. Most of the time whatever I say turns out to be correct. I wish I could do something about it.
Have you seen a field in a drought-hit area? The field is cracked everywhere, no plants or grass anywhere because there is no water in it. But when the field starts filling itself with water, slowly green grass, small tiny plants start growing everywhere. In the same way, we can fill ourselves with conditions favourable to others. meditation can help us to change ourselves. the world will change on its own.  keep meditating.
