When we water a plant it grows into a tree. A number of trees bring back that water in the form of rain. If we sow a rice grain it multiplies and gives us bags full of rice. Similarly, if we give love, it spreads all around us. If we feed the poor we will always have enough. If we teach the uneducated our wisdom will augment. All this happens when services are selfless. Meditation strengthens the desire for selfless service.
