Being At Peace With Our Karma


Karma is the action of body, mind and speech, which causes sufferings or happiness to ourselves and others.
When we meditate regularly we reach a state where we start realising that we must avoid such actions, which cause suffering to ourselves and others. Do only those actions which bring happiness to all. this is being at peace with our Karma.
