Sit Comfortably, Close your eyes, Observe your breath ... says the Tiger

I loved this meditating tiger. Of course, it is not actually meditating like humans. Animals are driven by instinct, so not distracted like Humans (unless they are urban pets :)).


Meditation is very simple.
1. Sit comfortably.  
2. Close your eyes. 
3. Observe your breath.
